FAQ'S

REMOVALS

Do I have to arrange parking? Yes, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they have parking permit(s) for all the addresses concerned.  

Can you disassemble and assemble furniture? 
No, this service is only to provide “A to B” transportation for your items. It is the customer responsibility to disassemble and reassemble their furniture. The safest way to transport furniture, is to disassemble them for safety reasons whilst in transportation. This will need to be done before our driver arrives. 

Do you offer packing service? Yes, we offer full or part-packing service. This will be by separate quote. 

What happens once I have placed my order? 
A member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm your booking and make sure the whole process is made clear, answering any questions you may have. 

What size van will I get? 
Our modern fleet of vehicles are all long wheelbase Mercedes Sprinters. 

How many people will do my removal? 
1 person. If you think you will require more than 1 person to help you move, our customer service team will be happy to help you arrange this. This will be an additional charge for this service. 

How long will my removal take? 
Each booking has a minimum time slot of 2 hours and 30 minutes. There are several factors that affect the time it takes to complete a removal. The obvious ones are the amount of goods and the distance they are moving. Some may be less obvious but are just as important. Simple things like having to park ten feet further from your property due to parked cars can severely change the time it takes to load or unload. Try to inform us of anything that may happen or be different on the day of your removal, even if it does not seem that important.  

When should I book my removal time slot? 
Your removal time slot will need to be before your End of Tenancy Clean date. This is because your apartment should be completely emptied of all belongings so that your apartment can be cleaned without having to move items and more importantly to keep the apartment clean once the cleaner has finished. 

What distance does my removal cover up to? 
Standard delivery is within 10 miles of the collection address. Any delivery outside of 10 miles will requiring additional charges. You have the option to choose an additional, 11-20 miles (on top of your 10 miles) through the booking process. A distance over 30 miles will be by additional quote by our customer service team. 

Are my good insured? 
Yes, your goods will be covered by insurance during your removal and during storage. During your removal, your goods will be insured up to £10,000 per van and during storage they will be insured up to £5,000 per van. 
 
END OF TENANCY

Do you Guarantee I'll get my tenancy deposit back?
Only if it is in Regards to the Cleaning Service we Provided. We cannot Guarantee your deposit back if you have damaged something for example. If there is a problem with the Cleaning Service we will of course return and re-Clean the area in question, free of charge.

Do you clean the outside windows?
We clean the Windows outside from the inside, where possible and safe to do so. We can also offer an external window cleaning service for an extra charge.

Is the Oven included?
Yes. The Oven cleaning is a very important part of end of tenancy cleaning, We put a lot of focus on the oven.

What is your availability?
We are very flexible, we can do a clean on short notice, our start times are from 08:00 - Late if needed. We work on Weekends and All bank holidays for no extra charge.

Does the clean include stain removals?
No, Carpet, Mattress and/or Upholstery cleaning is at an additional cost which can be booked as an extra in your booking journey.

What happens if anything is broken?
Our cleaners are Fully Insured, if anything is accidently broken, we will pay for it or team of builders will repair damages if needed. This doesn’t effect the price or payment of the clean itself.

Can you gain access if i'm not available?
If possible you can leave keys with concierge or neighbour. We can even pick them up from Estate agents and drop them back. Or simply leave inside the property when have finished. Ensuring all windows and doors are closed and locked where possible.

Will you dispose of any items left behind?
We will only dispose of items we believe to be rubbish.  You are requested to make sure all items belonging to you are removed prior to the clean as to avoid any issues?
